What are the obstacles and obstructions?
• We fear feelings of disappointment, fear, anger, resistance, indifference and do not dare to talk about them.
• Only to talk about negative feelings
• Fear of never reach our final destination
• To talk only about feelings without connecting to the goal

• To ignore sentiment in the hope that they might simply go away
